TOURS
SOT is proud to offer all attendees and their guests a wide range of activities from which to make your visit to Baltimore more enjoyable. A tour desk will be located on Level 300 in the Pratt Street Lobby of the Baltimore Convention Center.

The tour registration deadline for the Discover Baltimore tour is Wednesday, March 11. If there are not enough people registered for the tour by March 11th, Baltimore Rent-A-Tour will have to cancel the tour.
The tour registration deadline for all other tours is two days prior to when the tour is scheduled to run. Tours will be cancelled if registration minimums are not met by those dates.
Tour Registration
- To register for these tours, please either fax, mail, or e-mail your Tour Registration Form to Baltimore Rent-A-Tour. If you have any questions please call Baltimore Rent-A-Tour at (410) 464-7994 or (888) 842-6323.
- Register now to ensure your reservation for tours. On-site registration will be limited and will be accommodated on a space-available basis only.
- The pre-registration deadline is Monday, February 16, 2009, for all tours. Baltimore Rent-A-Tour reserves the right to cancel tours if minimums are not met at that time.
- If a tour is cancelled due to insufficient registration, customers will be given the opportunity to either receive a full refund or to select another tour, if seating is available.
- Full payment to Baltimore Rent-A-Tour must accompany your registration form. All payments are due in U.S. dollars. Payment may be made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Cash or checks only will be accepted for tickets purchased on the bus at the time of the tour.
- Refunds will only be made if written notice is received in writing, faxed to (410) 464-7988 or emailed to chris@rentatour.com by March 3, 2009. No refunds will be made after this date.
- Tour departure information will be available at the Tour Desk. All tours will leave from the Charles Street entrance of the Baltimore Convention Center. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour departure time.

Tour Tickets
Pre-purchased tickets will be mailed to registrants approximately 2 weeks prior to the convention. After February 16, please call Baltimore Rent-A-Tour for availability, and tickets may be picked up at the convention tour desk, located in the Pratt Street Lobby in the Baltimore Convention Center. Tickets are also sold onsite on a first come, first served basis at the convention tour desk or from the tour guide on the bus at the time of the tour.

Uncover the history and heritage of one the country’s most unique cities! Baltimore's Art and Culture

Discover Annapolis!
You’ll visit Maryland’s charming capital city situated just 30 minutes south of Baltimore on the banks of the Severn River. While in Annapolis you’ll visit the United States Naval Academy (photo ID required) and see the Maryland State House where George Washington resigned his military commission to become president of the United States.
