Itinerary Planner

The Annual Meeting Itinerary Planner is available on-line January–April 2011.

For the 2011 Annual Meeting, SOT will continue to provide meeting attendees with additional information such as featured lectures, special programs and social events, such as luncheons and receptions, as well as the Exhibitor Hosted Sessions. As always, the session abstracts for symposia, workshops, and poster and platform presentations are also available to download to your personalized calendar.

Once you’ve created your schedule, it can be updated by visiting the site and recalling the schedule you’ve created by entering your schedule’s name. Your saved Itinerary Planner can be emailed and accessed from your personal laptop or saved to a PDA device for easy access. Note that full abstracts will be returned for all scientific sessions added to your planner.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Annual Meeting where you’ll join your colleagues and friends at the largest expo of its kind devoted to showcasing the latest scientific achievements in research and education.

SOT members in the U.S. and Canada and non-member registrants who registered by the January 21, 2011, deadline will receive the Program and CD-ROM of The Toxicologist with the Itinerary Planner, prior to the meeting in mid-February. International SOT members and non-members, 2011 Annual Meeting registrants (after the Jan. 22 deadline) may pick-up these materials at the Annual Meeting or request a copy of the Itinerary Planner CD-ROM by sending an e-mail to SOT Headquarters—Available mid-February 2011.

The Toxicologist will be available for download in February 2011. Don’t forget that the Annual Meeting materials including the Final Program and Toxicologist, from 1994—Present, are archived on the SOT Web site. Member login is required to access this information after April.
