Lecturer Pool
Hi:
As you know, the new "Pool of Lecturers Program" has been created to assist
those of our SS members who are organizing/teaching Immunotoxicology courses
at their respective institutions. We have a substantial pool of speakers
(see Newsletters) and now need to begin to find out how many of you
might (at some time) want to take advantage of this new program by bringing
someone to lecture at your institute.
With that said, I would like to have those of you who are going to be
organizing/teaching a course that focuses on Immunotoxicology in the coming
Spring Semester/Quarter to please contact me and, if available, to
include your tentative curriculum. With this information, it will be
possible to determine the amount of use the "Pool of Lecturers" program
might have and, accordingly, the amounts of funds that might be
required/possible to satisfy each request.
When you, as a lecturer, contact me, please include whether you would need:
(1) all expenses paid for (i.e., travel, hotel, food); (2) only partial
support (e.g., travel); or, (3) no financial support from the inviting
institution..
