The Society of Toxicology was founded in 1961 as a not-for-profit scientific society. The historical accounting of the Society, Society of Toxicology 1961–1997, originally published in 1986, is now available on-line. Dr. Robert Scala, the Society's Historian, has compiled the historical content from 1986 to 1997, which is available below by individual years or in its entirety (pdf format).
