SOT ToxExpo Alert—Parade Route in Baltimore

It has recently been brought to our attention by the Baltimore Convention Center that on Sunday, March 15 there will be a St. Patrick's Day Parade and 5k race taking place in the vicinity of the Convention Center. There will be some temporary street closures during these activities, and the city of Baltimore has established a specific route to assist our Exhibitors in getting to the Center during this time. Please download the SOT Exhibitor Route Map and Directions provided by the Baltimore Convention Center. Please display the second page 'SOT/ToxExpo Exhibitor Pass' in your windshield when you enter the coned-off lane. The anticipated hours that traffic will be impacted are from 12:00 Noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

If your arrival at the Convention Center is being significantly impeded by traffic delays on Sunday, please c all the Hargrove Service Desk at (410) 649-6102 and give them an estimated time of arrival.

As a reminder, we have Saturday move-in hours as well, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, if you prefer to avoid the Sunday traffic. Set up early, 'Get Your Green On,' and then enjoy the St. Patrick's Parade!
