SOT Mailing List
The SOT Membership Mailing List has approximately 6,300 names. Subsets of the Membership Mailing List are also available. Please contact SOT Headquarters for your geographic or Specialty Section count at the time of your order. Total list is $900; subsets are 50 cents per label (with a minimum charge of $100).
The list rental fee for non-profit organizations is $450 (proof of non-profit status must be attached to the form); subsets are 25 cents per label (with a minimum charge of $50).
The SOT Annual Meeting Pre-Registration List will be available beginning February 8 of the year of the meeting. The list costs $990 (regardless of count). Call SOT Headquarters for the count at the time of your order.
The SOT Annual Meeting Mailing Lists may be compiled by selecting up to 12 of the categories that are listed on the application. Check with SOT Headquarters for the total count within each category at the time of your order.
General Information
- If an electronic file is selected, it will only be sent to a third-party mailing house. Please include your third party mail house’s contact name, address, telephone, fax and E-mail.
- All Mailing Lists are for a ONE-TIME USE.
- Mailing list requests are usually processed within one weeks, but can be processed within 24 hours by special request. (There is a $25 rush fee.)
- A sample of the mailing for which the labels are to be used MUST be enclosed.
- Orders must be PREPAID; no purchase orders will be accepted.
