The 2012 Midwest Regional Chapter of the Society of Toxicology Spring Meeting will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012, at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The title of the scientific program will be Neurodegenerative Disorders. Details regarding registration, awards, and the scientific program will be posted in the MRC-SOT Spring newsletter and on the website.

Award Title	Midwest RC Kenneth P. DuBois Award
Award Description	Candidates should have worked for most of his/her career in the midwest. Candidates should currently be active in the field of Toxicology. Candidates must have demonstrated a sustained and high level of activity in Toxicology. Winner receives an engraved plaque and an honorarium. Contact: Christina R. Wilson

Award Title	Midwest RC Victor A. Drill Award
Award Description	The student must present a poster at the Spring Midwest Regional Chapter meeting. Winner Receives: First place receives up to $1500 in expenses paid to the SOT Annual Meeting. Second place receives $100 towards a Toxicology textbook. Contact: Christina R. Wilson

Award Title	Midwest RC Young Investigator Award
Award Description	The student must submit a research proposal, one letter of reference, and application. Winner presents a poster at the Spring 2012 meeting.
