The North Carolina Chapter of the Society of Toxicology (NCSOT)
Background
The North Carolina chapter and its by-laws were officially approved by the council of the Society of Toxicology at the 1981 annual meeting. The nearly 200 current members work in academia, industry, consulting firms, and government.
NCSOT is governed by an elected Executive Committee consisting of five officers, two councilors, one student representative, and the newsletter editor.
