SOT Constitution and By-Laws

The Founders of the Society of Toxicology drafted the first set of By-laws and the Constitution in March 1962 using models from other organizations and then drafting what they felt was needed for the Society of Toxicology. Since 1962, the Constitution and By-laws have been amended numerous times and here is the current version.
