Poster Preparation Instructions

For optimal exposure, posters should be on display beginning at 9:00 AM, Saturday, March 11, 2017. Your presence, and/or that of a co-author, during the Lunch and Poster Session from 12:45 PM–2:15 PM, March 11, 2017, will be appreciated. All posters must be removed at 5:30 PM on March 11. It is the responsibility of the poster presenter to remove the poster. Failure to do so could result in damage to or loss of the unclaimed poster.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. It takes considerable effort and attention to detail to prepare an effective poster presentation. We ask that you take the time to make yours interesting and informative.
  2. Your poster must fit within a four feet by six feet space.
  3. Posters should use font sizes large enough to be read from a distance of three feet (one meter).
  4. Each poster should be organized as follows:
    1. A top label indicating the title of the paper (should be the same as the abstract title) with names of the authors and their affiliations.
    2. A summary should be located on the lower right portion and contain no more than five items.
  5. Charts should be simple with bold lines.

The poster boards will be horizontal with dimensions of four feet by six feet. Each poster board will have one poster. Your presentation must not be larger than 46 inches by 70 inches. Push pins will be provided on-site to attach your poster to the board.

Poster Board Size: four feet tall by six feet wide.
Presentation Size: 46 inches by 70 inches.
