Inhalation and Respiratory SS Student Award
Deadline: January 15
An engraved plaque and a cash stipend ($500) will be awarded for the best abstract presented by a student in the field of respiratory/inhalation toxicology. The nomination should include one composite .pdf document that contains 1) a copy of the Abstract submitted to the Program Committee, 2) a letter of nomination from the student's sponsor, and 3) a short synopsis submitted by the student. This synopsis should include the rationale for the study, the significance of the results, and the student's role in the work. If a student is applying for the Mary Amdur award and would also like to be considered for this award, she/he will need to prepare a separate nomination package consistent with student award criteria regarding the general relevance to the field of respiratory/inhalation toxicology. Students applying for both awards may receive only one
award. Nominees must be members of the Inhalation and Respiratory Specialty Section.
