SOT Awards

Reproductive and Developmental Toxicology SS Student/Postdoc Awards

Deadline: March 9

The awards are sponsored by Charles River, Pfizer, Battelle, and Elsevier.

RDTSS offers awards each year for presentations made by undergraduate/graduate students or postdoctoral candidates at the Annual Meeting. Typically, six awards are given each year (3 to students and 3 to postdoctoral scholars), with a certificate and monetary award for each award.

Application materials (please email materials to the contact below): A) Abstract, B) Cover letter outlining significance of work to field of reproductive toxicology, and C) Statement of SOT membership status (If not already a member of SOT, applicants must also provide documentation that they have applied for membership). Membership in the RDTSS is not required but is encouraged.

This year, electronic poster submission includes the option for a pre-recorded narration. This is highly recommended in order to be considered for this award as the judging will be virtual this year. Instructions can be found on the SOT website (https://www.toxicology.org/events/am/am2022/poster-session.asp#eposters). Once applications are received via email, further instructions will be provided for sending ePosters. The RDTSS Vice President-Elect will assemble a committee of the RDTSS membership to judge poster presentations.
