To register to attend the SOT 57th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, please follow the instructions on this page. [Note: Undergraduate and high school students should follow the instructions for registering by email, mail, or fax.] Exhibitors should register using the Exhibitor Service Center or Exhibitor Registration Form . Members of the media should contact Michelle Werts, SOT communications manager, to request press credentials.

Registration forms will be returned if not accompanied by one of the following methods of payment:

  • Company or personal check (US currency only). Please list all registrants on check memo or check stub.
  • Government purchase order. Check must be drawn from the US Department of Treasury.
  • Money order
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner’s Club, or American Express

The Registration Desk is located in the Main Lobby of the Henry B. González Convention Center and will be open:

  • Sunday, March 11, 2018, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Monday, March 12, 2018, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday, March 13, 2018, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 14, 2018, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Thursday, March 15, 2018, 8:00 AM–11:30 AM

Registration Confirmation and Materials

You should receive a registration confirmation via email, whether you register directly online or if you have sent your registration form to SOT Headquarters via email, mail, or fax. If you don’t receive your confirmation within two weeks, please contact SOT Headquarters or call 703.438.3115.

You will be mailed a registration confirmation, name badge, and Continuing Education (CE) course and/or event ticket(s) before the meeting if your registration form is received by January 12, 2018. If your registration is received after January 12, you can pick up your badge and tickets at the registration counters on-site.

When you arrive at the Henry B. González Convention Center, please go to the registration area to pick up your Program and badge. If you already have your badge and CE course tickets, you do not need to visit a registration counter. Simply stop by the handout table in the registration area and present your badge to obtain your additional registration materials (e.g., Program, and other supplementary materials).

Cancellation Refund and Registration Policies

All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing to SOT Headquarters by February 9, 2018. These refunds will be processed, less a $50 fee, following the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. Refund requests received after February 9, 2018, will not be processed.

By registering for the 2018 SOT Annual Meeting, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Annual Meeting Policies.
