Housing for the 2019 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo is officially closed. If you still need a hotel reservation, email your request to SOT@ConnectionsHousing.com, which is the email address of the official SOT housing partner Connections Housing. If you need to modify or cancel your hotel reservation, please contact your hotel directly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Connections Housing is the only official housing provider associated with the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. SOT highly values its members and meeting participants and want to ensure that you only receive services from authorized providers.
Connections Housing is the SOT partner in helping you identify the hotel that best meets your needs during the SOT Annual Meeting. Reserving a room at a discounted rate in the SOT-contracted room block is an important way to support SOT and keep overall meeting costs as low as possible. Your patronage of these official meeting hotels makes it possible for SOT to secure the meeting space necessary for our annual event at a greatly reduced cost, which helps to reduce registration costs.
Connections Housing is the only group endorsed to provide assistance with making reservations for your stay in Baltimore. Connections Housing does not solicit reservations or credit card information by phone or email.
If you are contacted by anyone other than Connections Housing, please get as much information as you can (name of company, person calling, telephone number), and notify the SOT director of meetings and events, Heidi Prange.
Below are housing pirates that are not affiliated with SOT and are not sanctioned by SOT to offer housing for the 2019 Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. Use them at your own risk.
SOT maintains a list of meeting registrants who have signified an interest in sharing a room. This list is available to each meeting registrant who voluntarily enrolls in the program and accepts the terms of the legal disclaimer, but you must be registered for the 2019 Annual Meeting and ToxExpo to gain access.
It is the responsibility of each participant in the program to communicate and work out an agreement with a potential room sharer. SOT does not (a) screen participants, (b) make any determination as to the appropriateness of any resulting room share, or (c) represent that any room share which may follow use of the service will prove to be satisfactory to the participants.
After room matching, the registrants are required to remove their names from the room-share list.
