Abstract Submission Process

  • Follow the same guidelines for the SOT Annual Meeting.
  • Deadline for abstracts to be considered for oral presentation will be Friday, October 13.
  • Notification for acceptance and selection for 15 min Oral or Poster Presentation will be done no later than Monday, October 16.
  • Abstracts will still be received after October 13 and until Wednesday, October 18, but they will only be considered for poster presentation and notifications will be sent immediately.
