Obesity, metabolic dysfunction, and chronic inflammation are interconnected processes that influence health, disease progression, and aging. This day-long scientific program, hosted by the Society for Experimental Biology and Medicine (SEBM), will explore emerging research on adipose tissue dysfunction, metabolic regulation, and the complex interactions among obesity, diet, immune responses, and environmental exposures. Presentations will highlight novel molecular mechanisms, innovative approaches to improving metabolic health, and the role of inflammation in age-related disease.
