Room-Share Program
SOT maintains a list of meeting registrants who have signified an interest in sharing a room. It is the responsibility of each participant in the program to communicate and work out an agreement with a potential room sharer. SOT does not (a) screen participants, (b) make any determination as to the appropriateness of any resulting room share, or (c) represent that any room share which may follow use of the service will prove to be satisfactory to the participants.
The Society of Toxicology, its officers, employees, and agents assume no responsibility with respect to these services and accept no liabilities relative to the services. Submission of this form indicates your acknowledgement and acceptance of this disclaimer of liability.
