NEW IN 2019: Updated Child Policy and Childcare Services
SOT Annual Meeting registrants (excluding registered guests) are allowed to bring children under full parental/guardian control into Scientific Sessions and theToxExpo Exhibit Hall. For more on the SOT child policy, visit the “Annual Meeting Policies” web page.
Also, SOT has contracted with KiddieCorp to offer childcare for children aged six months through 12 years during the 59th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. The cost to participate in the childcare program is $12.00 per hour per child, and each child must be enrolled for a minimum of two consecutive hours on each day the child will participate in the program. SOT TV with WebsEdge
In 2020, SOT is partnering with international film and broadcasting company WebsEdge to introduce SOT TV. SOT TV will allow toxicologists to feature their research, programs, and initiatives that may be of interest to Annual Meeting attendees.Read More
SOT encourages attendees to participate in the SOT Blood Drive, which is taking place on Tuesday, March 17, and Wednesday, March 18, in the ToxExpo Exhibit Hall. You may book an appointment in advance beginning January 13, 2020, or drop by anytime between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday. More information about this activity will be shared as it becomes available.

Media Support Services
SOT welcomes accredited representatives of media organizations to the Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. Attending media representatives receive complimentary registration for the meeting, and interviews can be arranged with SOT Council members, meeting speakers and presenters, and SOT general members.
