On-Site Services

Please consult the SOT maps of the Anaheim Convention Center and Anaheim Marriott for session and event location assistance. Specific event locations are available in the Online Planner on the “Program Details” web page and as part of the SOT Event App, which also contains a map of the ToxExpo booths and poster board locations.

Business Centers

FedEx offers services such as shipping; common office supplies; and high-quality full-color and black-and-white copying, printing, and uploading of documents from a memory stick or CD. Two FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers can be found near the Anaheim Convention Center, located in the Anaheim Marriott and the Hilton Anaheim.

Childcare Services

During the SOT 59th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, registrants are allowed to bring children under full parental/guardian control into the Scientific Sessions and the ToxExpo Exhibit Hall. For more on the SOT child policy, visit the “Annual Meeting Policies” web page.

SOT Childcare Program

SOT has contracted with KiddieCorp, a premier provider of children’s program services during events, to offer childcare during the 59th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. The childcare program will be located at the Anaheim Marriott and will provide care for children aged six months through 12 years.

This program is intended for the children of registered attendees, to help maximize the meeting experience for those registrants traveling with their families. The cost to participate in the childcare program is $12.00 per hour per child, and each child must be enrolled for a minimum of two consecutive hours on each day the child will participate in the program.

The advance enrollment deadline to participate in the childcare program is January 10, 2020. You are encouraged to enroll early, as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. KiddieCorp must receive both an Enrollment Form and payment in full to hold reservations. To enroll, please use the online Enrollment and Payment System or return the Enrollment Form PDF to KiddieCorp. First-Aid and Emergency Services

If an emergency should occur while at the Anaheim Convention Center, use any beige house phone located around the facility and dial 8975 or call 714.765.8975 to contact the convention center’s security control center. You will be connected directly to the 24-hour manned public safety dispatcher at the convention center. For life-threatening emergencies, first call 911 and then pick any beige house phone to notify convention center security.

A first-aid room will be located in the main lobby between Halls A and B.

Coffee Breaks

The exhibiting companies are pleased to sponsor complimentary coffee in the ToxExpo Exhibit Hall, Monday–Wednesday, 9:00 am–10:00 am. See on-site Exhibit Hall signage for locations.

Restaurants

Anaheim restaurant information is available on the SOT Visit Anaheim website and will be available via the City Guide feature in the SOT Event App (launching in February 2020).

Concession Stands

Concession stands will be operating in the ToxExpo Exhibit Hall Monday through Wednesday. Breakfast and lunch items will be available for purchase, as well as coffee, soda, bottled water, and snacks. Seating is available near the concession areas, throughout the ToxExpo Exhibit Hall, and outside in the courtyard.

Lost and Found

Lost and found articles should be taken to the SOT Headquarters Office, Room 210 D in the convention center. Any items left in the office after 11:30 am on Thursday, March 19, will be returned to SOT Headquarters. Information on retrieving posters not claimed by the end of Poster Sessions is available on the “Poster Sessions” web page of the “Presenters” section.

Nursing Mothers’ Room

The Nursing Mothers’ Room is located next to the first-aid room, between Halls A and B in the main lobby of the Anaheim Convention Center, and is openly accessible, with a door that locks from the inside for added privacy if desired. The room is equipped with furniture, power outlets, and a refrigerator for the convenience and comfort of its users; please note that the refrigerator does not lock and is accessible to users of this room at any time.

SOT Headquarters Office

The SOT Headquarters Office is located in the convention center, Room 210 D. SOT leadership and staff use this office to conduct SOT business while on-site. Visit the office to report or reclaim lost and found items at the convention center.
