Not a Member?

Did you know that the SOT membership fee combined with the member pricing for the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo is less than the cost of a nonmember registration to the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo?

Apply for SOT membership by December 31, 2025, to enjoy discounted member registration rates. Those who are accepted are notified in late February when you can register for the meeting with substantial savings over the nonmember rate. If you miss the December 31, 2025, deadline, nonmember 2026 Annual Meeting attendees can submit applications for the March review cycle (deadline March 31, 2026), and upon acceptance, SOT will waive your 2026 membership dues!

Important Notice Regarding Attendee List and Housing Pirates

Beware of any company offering to sell you an “SOT Annual Meeting” attendee list. If you encounter a company or individual who claims to be selling the SOT Annual Meeting attendee list, you may request to be removed from their solicitation. SOT has not provided information to these groups claiming to have the attendee list for this meeting or any previous meeting.

In addition, Connections Housing is the only official housing provider associated with the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. SOT highly values its members and meeting participants and wants to ensure that you receive services from authorized providers.
