SOT Membership Application Tips

In order to complete your online application, you will need the following:

  • An updated resume or CV in PDF or Word format.
  • Names and email addresses of SOT Full members who will serve as your sponsors, for Associate applications
  • Name and email address of your academic advisor or mentor (not required to be a member of SOT), for Student or Postdoctoral applications.

The online application will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You will be able to submit your information in draft format and continue to make edits or updates until you have completed the application process. Please note that this application requires that your browser support “cookies” technology. If you have your browser configured to not accept cookies, you will not be able to complete this application.

If you need assistance identifying appropriate sponsors, please contact Rosibel Alvarenga. Sponsors will submit their recommendations online. All applications are evaluated by the Membership Committee.
