Registrants of the 2023 meeting can watch recordings of the Featured and Scientific Sessions through the SOT Online Planner and SOT Event App.
The ability to watch on-demand recordings of the 2023 SOT Featured and Scientific Sessions through the SOT Online Planner and SOT Event App will be supported through June 2023. After June 2023, the recordings may still be accessible through the SOT Event App, but functionality is not guaranteed.
To view the recordings on either platform, navigate to a session description page, log in, and select the “View Recording” button. You also can use the filter options on both platforms to view the list of the available on-demand recordings. For more detailed instructions, watch the tutorial for accessing the recordings when using the SOT Event App or the tutorial for using the SOT Online Planner.
The Online Planner is your most up-to-date resource for the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo since it is updated continually throughout the year. Use the Online Planner from your desktop or laptop to:
Note: Chrome and Safari provide the best viewing experience.
On the “Schedule and Publications” web page, you will find a downloadable overview schedule, the 2023 Annual Meeting publications, a quick glance at the day-by-day schedule, and an overview of the Featured Session speakers.
The 2023 SOT Event App is your all-in-one tool for managing your time and maximizing your experience at the meeting. Build a custom schedule, access session and abstract descriptions, watch on-demand recordings, find speaker information, view venue maps, and more.
Portions of the SOT Event App, such as on-demand recordings, are restricted to SOT Annual Meeting registrants; a login will appear for these areas.
This App, alongside the Online Planner, contains the most up-to-date schedule of sessions and activities planned for the 2023 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. It provides full access to abstracts, presentation titles, and more.
Use this App to add sessions to your schedule, bookmark presentations of interest, and more.
Within 24 hours of the conclusion of a Featured or Scientific Session (excluding Poster Sessions), an on-demand recording of that session will be available exclusively for meeting registrants through the App and SOT Online Planner. Look for the “View Recording” button in the session description area of the App and SOT Online Planner.
The App contains the full list of exhibitors—sortable by name, product or service offered, and booth number—as well as the complete map of exhibitor locations.
If you want to chat about an activity or session before, during, or after the meeting, you can use the App’s Discussion feature that is available as part of each session description.
The App’s Route Me feature provides directions on how to get from one meeting room to another. You also can view every event’s location directly on the venue maps within the App.
Search “SOT 2023” in your app store to find the SOT Event App for iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones and tablets. For other devices—such as Blackberry, Surface tablets, and Amazon Kindles—access the app through the Mobile Web version.
Note: The App is developed for Android 5 and higher. Older Android versions have very limited disk space and may prompt you to delete other apps before installing a new app.
A login is required to access certain features of the Event App and online version, including the session on-demand recordings.
Your email login and password are the same as your SOT email login and password.
Your email login and password are the same as the email and password you entered to register for the meeting.
Registered exhibitor personnel should use the unique email address used to register them for the meeting and the “Retrieve Password” function to log in. A password will be emailed to the listed email address. If you are unsure of your unique email, contact ToxExpo staff.
The 2023 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo is taking place exclusively on-site in Nashville, Tennessee.
There will be no live online or virtual element of the meeting. As an added benefit, registrants will be able to access recordings of all Featured and Scientific Sessions through the SOT Online Planner and the SOT Event App within 24 hours of a session’s conclusion, but these sessions will NOT be livestreamed. Poster Sessions will not be recorded, but authors can make their posters available electronically for viewing on the SOT Online Planner and the SOT Event App. Exhibitor-Hosted Sessions also will not be recorded and can only be attended in person.
As an add-on activity, recordings of the Continuing Education courses will only be available to course registrants or those who enroll in CEd-Tox, the Society’s Continuing Education online courses program, after the meeting’s conclusion.
