The SOT 61st Annual Meeting and ToxExpo will be held at the San Diego Convention Center.
Resources specific to presenters, such as poster printing services and the Speaker Ready Room, are available on the “Poster Sessions” and “Platform Sessions” web pages, respectively.
FedEx offers services such as shipping; common office supplies; and high-quality full-color and black-and-white copying, printing, and uploading of documents from a memory stick or CD. The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center can be found in the San Diego Convention Center, located in the lobby of Hall D.
Based on a lack of enrollment as of the advance enrollment deadline of January 21, 2022, SOT has canceled the childcare services that were planned for the 2022 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. A childcare service will be offered again for the 2023 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo.
Remember that during the SOT 61st Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, registrants are allowed to bring fully vaccinated children under full parental/guardian control into the Scientific Sessions and the ToxExpo Exhibit Hall. For more on the SOT child policy, view the Annual Meeting Policies.
A coat/luggage check will be available near Registration. Laptops, cameras, and other electronics will not be accepted.

If an emergency should occur while at the San Diego Convention Center, use any white house phone located in each meeting room near the entrance door and dial ext. 5490 or from an outside line or mobile phone call 619.525.5490 to contact the convention center’s emergency services department. You will be connected directly to the 24-hour manned public safety dispatcher at the convention center. For life-threatening emergencies, dial extension 5911 from any house phone or call 619.525.5911 from an outside line or mobile phone.
A first-aid room will be located near registration.

SOT provides small seating areas throughout the ToxExpo for individuals to rest, regroup, and meet with others. Also, within the ToxExpo, the SOT Pavilion (Booth #1534) has seating and power for those looking for a break.
For those who like sunshine with their quiet, the San Diego Convention Center has many outdoor terraces overlooking the San Diego Bay that attendees can use to relax or meet with friends and colleagues.
If you’d like to enjoy some sessions in solitude, SOT is making most of the Scientific Sessions available for on-demand viewing to registered attendees as part of its enhanced meeting experience. These recordings will be available on the SOT Online Planner and SOT Event App for viewing from the comfort of your hotel room—or later at home or in your office.
Finally, many of the SOT hotels offer complimentary fitness centers and pools as ways to escape and unwind—not to mention spa services for an added fee.

Inclusive restroom: Lobby A has a gender-neutral and accessible restroom with two private single-occupancy rooms, each with a locking door and floor-to-ceiling walls.
Mothers’ lounge: The San Diego Convention Center offers a lounge within the women’s restrooms of Lobbies A and E.

SOT will be providing free wireless internet access throughout the convention center in all locations where SOT events are being held. To connect to the free wireless internet, browse the available wireless networks and select the 2022SOT wireless network.
Look for @SOT Center kiosks in the convention center to browse the SOT Event App, check email, check in for flights, etc.
Lost-and-found articles should be taken to the SOT Headquarters Office in the convention center. Any items left in the office after 11:30 am on Thursday, March 31, will be returned to SOT Headquarters. Information on retrieving posters not claimed by the end of Poster Sessions will be available on the “Poster Sessions” web page by October 2021.
