Exhibitor-Hosted Sessions (EHS) are commercially supported educational sessions held in conjunction with the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. Only ToxExpo exhibitors or Annual Meeting Supporters may apply. These sessions are open to all on-site meeting attendees.

Application Information

Sessions are evaluated for the ability to provide educational content distinct from the official SOT Annual Meeting scientific program. Presentations must be balanced and objective. Applications are subject to review and approval by the SOT Scientific Program Committee (SPC) or its agents/staff.

Application requirements include session title, description, and three unique time and date options. Applications are reviewed and assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Essential Information

  • Sessions take place Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the annual meeting.
  • Four sessions are scheduled to occur concurrently.
  • Session rooms are located in the San Diego Convention Center and are set for approximately 100.
  • The cost is $1,250 and sessions are limited to one hour.
  • Cancellations received prior to December 17, 2021, will be refunded if a replacement session is identified. If a replacement session is not identified, 50% of the application fee will be refunded. No refunds will be granted after December 17, 2021.

Application Fee

The fee is $1,250 per EHS and must be paid in full upon receipt of the approval email. The fee includes:

  • Theatre-style meeting room set for approximately 100 people

Auxiliary costs related to the session, such as additional AV equipment or food and beverages, will be the responsibility of the company hosting the EHS.

Individuals are seated in rows watching a presentation off-camera. There is not an empty seat visible.
