Science and sunshine. Soon, SOT will be celebrating both in San Diego!
This year’s meeting will include all the traditional hallmarks—2,000+ scientific presentations across 70+ sessions; 250 exhibitors with products and services in the ToxExpo; and scores of networking and social events. This year’s meeting will also feature a key new element that will enhance the meeting experience for all. Registrants not traveling to the meeting can watch all the Featured and Scientific Sessions live through the SOT Event App or Online Planner. Of note, all registrants can access these same sessions through on-demand recordings that will be available in the SOT Event App and Online Planner after their conclusion. These on-demand videos will be viewable to registrants through July 31, 2022.
Another difference for this meeting is that people attending the meeting on-site must provide proof of vaccination to participate. There are two options for you to satisfy this requirement:
- Use the CLEAR app to validate your vaccination records—details on how to use the CLEAR app are available on the “Meeting Experience” web page.
- If you cannot use the CLEAR app, prefer not to, or need to request a medical exemption, complete this form to request special instructions or medical exemption information. All on-site attendees are encouraged to arrive at the San Diego Convention Center early to allow plenty of time to complete the badge pick-up process. Please be patient and enjoy chatting with your colleagues if you find yourself waiting!
