Childcare Services

SOT has contracted with KiddieCorp to provide childcare during the 62nd Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. KiddieCorp is a premier provider of children’s program services during events. The Childcare Program will be located at the Renaissance Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee, and will provide care for children age 6 months through 12 years old.

This program is for children accompanying registered attendees to help maximize the meeting experience for registrants traveling with children. The cost for the childcare program is $20.00 per hour, per child. Children must be registered for a minimum of two consecutive hours per child for each day enrolled. Payment options for full- and half-day enrollment are available.

The advance enrollment deadline is January 13, 2023. You are encouraged to enroll early, as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. KiddieCorp must receive both the enrollment form and payment in full to hold reservations. Please note that the number of advance enrollment reservations helps determine whether there is a need for this Childcare Program in Nashville. See the enrollment form for more information about KiddieCorp services.

A first-aid room will be located near Registration and will be open each day of the meeting.

Inclusivity

All Are Welcome in Nashville

Through numerous resolutions and executive actions, the Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County has demonstrated that it does not support—and in some cases recognize—Tennessee legislative actions that could exclude, isolate, or harm specific communities or individuals. In his 2022 State of Metro Address, Nashville Mayor John Cooper stated, “We are also hard at work making Nashville a stronger community by making it a more inclusive community,” outlining efforts for gender-affirming health coverage, expanding the number of multilingual employees in call centers and government agencies, and more. Visit the “Health and Safety” web page and “Nashville and Social Issues of Potential Concern” web page for more information.

For those using wheelchairs or other devices to assist with mobility, automated doors to enter Music City Center are located at the 5th and 6th Avenue entrances.
