SOT has reserved rooms and negotiated exclusive rates at many hotels near the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. Review the SOT Hotel Accommodations and Services for a quick reference of hotel locations, rates, and amenities. Connections Housing is the only SOT-approved partner designated to make reservations at the hotel that best meets your needs for the SOT Annual Meeting. You can book 24–7 through the SOT and Connections Housing website that offers real-time availability with full hotel descriptions, amenity listings, distances from the Convention Center, maps, and other information to help you make your decision easier. You may make new reservations by contacting Connections Housing directly or modify or cancel existing reservations by contacting your preferred hotel directly.
While SOT recognizes that other housing arrangements are possible, booking through Connections Housing helps reduce SOT expenses, allowing the Society to support its mission and various programs throughout the year. In addition, you have the benefit of personal assistance should any issues arise with your reservations or room before arriving or once in Orlando.
A reservation acknowledgment will be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you once your reservation has been booked. You will not receive a confirmation from your hotel. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within three business days, please call Connections Housing.
The deadline for reservations is Tuesday, February 7, 2025. You can make changes and cancellations online or by contacting Connections Housing. The hotel will charge the first night’s room and tax to individuals who cancel their reservations within 72 hours of the day of arrival or who do not arrive at all. Early departures are subject to penalty fees set by each hotel.

Connections Housing is the Society’s partner in helping you identify the hotel that best meets your needs during the SOT Annual Meeting. Reserving a room at a discounted rate in the SOT-contracted room block is an important way to support SOT and keep overall meeting costs as low as possible. Your patronage of these official meeting hotels makes it possible for SOT to secure the meeting space necessary for this annual event at a greatly reduced cost, which helps reduce registration costs.

SOT maintains a list of meeting registrants who have signified an interest in sharing a room. This list is available to each meeting registrant who voluntarily enrolls in the program and accepts the terms of the legal disclaimer, but you must be registered for the 2025 Annual Meeting and ToxExpo to gain access.
It is the responsibility of each participant in the program to communicate and work out an agreement with a potential room sharer. SOT does not (a) screen participants, (b) make any determination as to the appropriateness of any resulting room share, or (c) represent that any room share that may follow use of the service will prove satisfactory to the participants.
After room matching, the registrants are required to remove their names from the room-share list.
Connections Housing is the only endorsed group to provide assistance with making reservations for your stay in Orlando in association with the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. Connections Housing does not solicit reservations or credit card information by phone or email.
If you are contacted by anyone other than Connections Housing, please get as much information as you can (name of company, person calling, telephone number) and notify the SOT Director of Meetings and Events, Maureen Bayley.
Below are housing pirates that are NOT affiliated with SOT and are not sanctioned by SOT to offer housing for the 2025 Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. Use them at your own risk.
