SOT has reserved rooms and negotiated exclusive rates at many hotels near the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. While SOT recognizes that other housing arrangements are possible, booking through Connections Housing helps reduce SOT expenses, allowing the Society to support its mission and various programs throughout the year.
The closest airport to all local attractions, Orlando International Airport is 11 miles east of downtown Orlando. MCO is home to 42 airlines, with more than 850 daily flights and nonstop service to 109 markets. SOT has compiled information on many transportation options once you arrive, as well as some airfare and rental discounts.
Per the US Department of State, a foreign national traveling to the US to conduct temporary business, such as attend a conference, needs a visitor visa (B-1) unless they qualify for entry under the Visa Waiver Program. SOT has outlined the steps required to obtain a visa for the 2025 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo.
SOT has contracted with KiddieCorp to provide childcare during the 64th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. The program will provide care for children aged 6 months through 12 years old. There are options for care by the hour, half day, or full day.
