BENEFITS
SOT leadership, like many others, is deeply saddened by the devastating effects of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted, especially those in the hardest-hit areas. We’ve been in touch with colleagues in Orlando and are relieved to hear that the Orange County Convention Center and surrounding area sustained minimal damage and operations have returned to normal. As a result, we plan to move forward with the SOT 64th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo as scheduled for March 16–20, 2025, in Orlando, Florida.
The SOT 64th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo is taking place exclusively in person in the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
This web page includes information on how to register for the meeting, registration fees, what is included with your meeting registration, and activities that require additional registration fees. Select Featured and Scientific Sessions are being recorded and will be available for on-demand viewing after the meeting—no sessions will be livestreamed.
By registering for the 2025 SOT Annual Meeting, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Annual Meeting Policies.
All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing at SOT Headquarters by February 21, 2025. These refunds will be processed, less a $50 fee, after the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. Refund requests received after February 21, 2025, will not be processed.

After February 21, final registration rates apply. No substitutions after January 24, 2025. SOT will accept faxed Registration Forms until March 13. Online registration will be open until March 20. On-Site Registration Forms will be available at On-Site Registration in the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center during the meeting.
Did you know that the SOT membership fee combined with the member pricing for the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo is less than the cost of a nonmember registration to the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo?
Apply for SOT membership by December 31, 2024, to enjoy discounted member registration rates. Those who are accepted are notified in late February when you can register for the meeting with substantial savings over the nonmember rate. If you miss the December 31, 2024, deadline, nonmember 2025 Annual Meeting attendees can submit applications for the March review cycle (deadline March 31, 2025), and upon acceptance, SOT will waive your 2025 membership dues!
While the SOT Online Registration System is preferred, you also can register through mail, fax, or email using the Registration Form. No phone registrations will be accepted. Forms will be date-stamped upon receipt; this is your date of registration.
Registration Forms will be returned if not accompanied by one of the following payment methods:
SOT will accept faxed and/or mailed Annual Meeting registrations until March 13. Online registration will be open until March 20. After March 13, registrants who do not use the online system will need to register on-site.
