Print Advertising

Toxicological Sciences: The official journal of the Society of Toxicology aims to feature the most influential research in toxicology. Advertising opportunities are available in both the print and online versions of the journal. For more information on advertising sales, visit the Toxicological Sciences website.

The SOT Membership Mailing List has approximately 7,100 names. Subsets of the Membership Mailing List are also available. Please contact SOT Headquarters for your geographic/Regional Chapters, Special Interest Groups, or Specialty Sections count at the time of your order. Total list is $1,000; subsets are 50 cents per label (with a minimum charge of $100).

The list rental fee for nonprofit organizations is $500 (proof of nonprofit status must be attached to the form).

The SOT Annual Meeting Preregistration List is available in early February of the year of the meeting. The list costs $1,000 (regardless of count). Call SOT Headquarters for the count at the time of your order.

The SOT Annual Meeting Mailing Lists may be compiled by selecting up to 12 of the categories that are listed on the application. Check with SOT Headquarters for the total count within each category at the time of your order.

Permitted Use

  • Electronic Mailing List files are currently the only delivery option. Electronic Mailing List files will only be sent to a third-party mailing house. Please include your third party mail house’s contact name, address, telephone, fax, and email.
  • The mailing list only contains physical address only. SOT does not sell access to email addresses.
  • All Mailing Lists are for a ONE TIME USE.
  • Mailing list requests are usually processed within one week, but can be processed within 24 hours by special request (there is a $25 rush fee).
  • Orders must be PREPAID; no purchase orders will be accepted.

The very foundation of the Society is to create a safer, healthier world by advancing the science of toxicology. To this end, the Society reserves the right to deny an advertisement request from any organization whose goals, objectives, or past actions are deemed counterproductive to those of the Society of Toxicology. Advertisements in publications that are specifically directed at SOT members will not include products and services that compete with those offered by the Society. Examples include association membership, meetings, journals, or other products.
